Rod Payne


Rodney's global transactional banking experience brings a depth and breadth of knowledge to Enable.

His experience includes Bankers Trust as part of the Management Committee, Managed Derivatives and Trading Risk and was a Global Partner, including setup of New Zealand arm of Bankers Trust.

Founder and Senior Managing Director, Zurich Capital Markets started with funding from Private Equity partners the Murdoch and Packer families.

Board Member of AFMA - Australian Financial Markets Association, Founder H2OX Water Exchange.

Rod has a deep passion for skiing and has been a Director for Ski and Snowboard Australia and Director for Thredbo Race Club.

Will Leitch


Will's extensive career clearly positions him to lead the team into an exciting era of growth and expansion. His early career specialised in Corporate Strategy and Finance, working across the globe for Alliance Boots and Viterra as a key member of their management team.

Will has led corporate strategic reviews for 40 billion pound per annum turnover business, developed joint ventures and commercialised new business opportunities and product lines across South East Asia.

Marc Johnstone


Marc co-founded his first disruptive company at 29 and experienced first hand the challenges of growing a company through Seed, Series A and B rounds.

Marc has also founded businesses in the USA, UK and UAE.

For the past 18 years Marc has been working globally with early stage and SME companies and their funders to increase profit and revenue, create assets whilst reducing risk and frustration.

Marc has worked closely with Tier 1 VC's in Silicon Valley and served on the Board of The Bank of San Francisco.

Norman Virgo

Executive Director

Norm has strong commercial acumen; he co-established a health club network that grew to be the Australian market leader attracting $25m in private equity for national expansion. CEO of Safeguard, a data encryption venture whose parent was listed on the ASX. Finance manager of a national independent finance company in capital equipment and aircraft financing, leasing, commercial mortgages, SMSF and business lending.

Ashley Zimpel

Executive Director

Ashley's extensive stockbroking and investment banking experience spans over 30 years across capital markets, corporate finance and public company businesses. His career includes: partner at stockbroker Hattersley Maxwell Noall, Executive Director at Australian Gilt Securities Ltd (Reporting Bond Dealer to the Reserve Bank of Australia), Senior Banker at Bankers Trust and Macquarie Bank, co-founding partner of Rand Merchant Bank Australia, Executive Chairman of Marine Produce Australia Ltd.

Greg Goodman

Non-Executive Director

Greg established Compliance Australia, which has an enviable client list ranging from the largest full service banks through to boutique fund managers. His prior experience includes Bankers Trust Australia across several roles, which included Regional Head of Compliance, Head of Administration, Head of Human Resources and Chief Financial Officer.

His depth of experience and passion for aligning corporate culture to support, excellence in governance, risk and compliance makes him the ideal Chief Operating Officer. Greg is responsible for all business support functions, including corporate governance, finance, legal, compliance, risk management, IT and operations.

Nigel Abbott

Head of Digital

Nigel Abbott, a leading digital-marketing expert and entrepreneur, has extensive experience in promoting emerging companies.

Nigel has had significant success in retail and business markets. Using latest digital techniques, he transformed the receding Niseko ski resort into a top 10 global ski resort and more recently selling a business video channel to a public company.

His start-up experience benefits Enable customers. Having co-founded, grown and exited several successful ventures, Nigel knows what it takes to market emerging companies to investors.

His skills ensure Enable promotes its own platform and their issuers to the largest, most targeted audience using Adtech, video, SEO, social and other digital technologies.
